We organize strong targeted company-wide GMP training every year in close connection with actual production. The training is easy to understand and master. So we have a more in-depth understanding of GMP standards and enhance the ability of GMP guide for production. We believe that GMP training to strengthen all levels of management staff is the guarantee and foundation of product quality. And only management staff master GMP knowledge in-depth, GMP can run through the entire process of production and ensure the quality of products.  
 
 
 

While strengthening staff education, Yi Sheng Tang has continuously improved product quality standards, established strict quality management system and monitored the whole production process by administrative penalty combined with economic punishment. First, in order to ensure the quality of raw materials, auxiliary materials and packaging materials, we open tender to suppliers according to 'quality first' principle, and carry on supplier quality system audit. Suppliers who could not achieve standards will be rejected no matter how low price. Also quality inspection has played role in production to ensure 'three noes', namely no use of substandard raw materials, no substandard semi-finished products turn into the following working procedures, no substandard products leave factory. All substandard products will be reworked or destroyed, and recorded for future reference under the supervision of the quality inspection staff. Second, establish control mechanism between working procedures in workshop, take top-down quality, and strictly check at each level to control product quality effectively.
